Ah…the first stop of the ramen madness! This one hails from Milan as its name here suggests. Specializing in Tonkotsu Ramen, let’s see how this fares to other ramens here.

This pork bone broth ramen was very delicate in terms of taste. The pork was very tender. As for the noodles, the durum semolina and wheat flour was a good combo to make this one yummy ramen.

And this first stop was a success! I love how their offers differ from others. Since this is based in Italy, its flavor differed somehow but still retaining that Japanese ramen feel. Their take on noodles was good. Overall service a-okay.

Round 1 is a sure win! Shall we keep this up in Round 2?😉
