There was a big smile on your face. You said, "Cheese!" while pointing your camera at me. And it was enough to make my day. The sun was up high in the sky, and no clouds threatened, unpredictable the weather may be.

I hear the shutter click and could feel an east to west smile form on my face. It wasn't very hard to do.

That was a lifetime ago.

Now I'm looking at the same shot in my hand.  I still remember the position of your hands as you clicked that shutter, and I remember the sound of the shutter - freshly stained in my memory like fresh flowers pressed inside a notebook, a beautiful time capsule when unearthed

Do you think of me as I think of you now? Do you remember me as I remember you so well?
