smokeyplumbannerHello Beautiful,

Welcome back to my blog! To start things off I would like to take a quick second to say thank you to everyone that showed much love to my last post! Now, onto today's look...I created this plumy smokey eye using the Morphe 35P Palette. To be completely honest this color look was a little out of my comfort zone (dark colors re me) but I was very pleased with the out come! If you are interested on the details for this look keep reading and like always don't forget to like, comment & subscribe. So above is a picture of this plumy eye look in natural lighting. Down below is a picture of the Morphe 35P Palette and I have labeled the colors that I used and what I used them for. If you are interested in this palette I highly recommend it; it's great quality and super affordable.morphe35plabledFor the face makeup I primed my face using Benefit POREfessional Matte Rescue and then using a Beauty Blender I applied Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless foundation. To conceal under eye, chin, nose and forehead I used Maybelline Master Pro Concealer and set these areas using the translucent setting powder by Laura Mercier. Brows, like always are Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow Pomade in the shade Medium Brown. I also forgot to mention I primed my eyes using the Urban Decay Primer Potion, PSA: Urban Decay eye primer isn't one of my favs but it's all I had at the moment.img_0038Then of course we need some contour and that was done using the one and only Kat Von D Shade Light Contour Palette. For this look I decided not to do winged liner because I think the plum color is already dark and I didn't want to go any darker nor did I want to take away from the plum color itself. I did apply Ardell Wispies false lashes for that subtle touch of drama and topped these babies with a few coats of mascara using Too Faced Queen Sized Mascara. Last but not least, I applied Colour Pop Cosmetics Ultra Matte lip in the shade Trap.img_0041So this is the finished look guys, let me know what you guys think in the comments section. Is there anything you want to see in my blog? I hope you guys liked this look and if you do recreate please tag me in my social media IG: _monalisaasmile.img_0039
