Spicy Shrimp Noodle Stir-Fry

This recipe is quick, easy and delicious! You will love this Asian inspired dish especially if you are a spicy fan!

Spicy Shrimp Noodle Stir-Fry
Servings: 4-6
Difficulty: Easy
Duration: 35-40 minutes

 

Ingredients:
2 packs- Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodle HOT & SPICY
½ bag of Kroger frozen broccoli (about 6 ounces)
1 bag of Kroger frozen pepper & onion blend (about 12 ounces)
1 frozen package or fresh medium shrimp (I grabbed a box of Gorton’s Shrimp Scampi because I could not pass up the good deal at Kroger and the flavors added a nice touch)
1 small package of Kroger Chow Mein noodles
1 small can of Kroger sliced water chestnuts (either cooked with the stir-fry or added as a garnish)
1 TBSP of rice wine vinegar
2 TBSP Kroger vegetable oil
S & P to taste

1. Preheat you oil and vinegar in a Wok over medium high heat.

2. Add the broccoli and pepper/onion blend and stir-fry until tender (about 10-12 minutes).

3. Once vegetables are cooked, add in the shrimp and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Stirring often.

4. Loosen up the noodles in the package with your fingers before opening. Add the two packages of Yakisoba HOT & SPICY noodles to the shrimp veggie blend and continue cooking for an additional 3-7 minutes until the shrimp cooked through.

5. Serve your Spicy Shrimp Noodle Stir-Fry on a plate and garnish with a handful of chow mein noodles and a few water chestnuts.

6. Voila, now enjoy!
[You can add the water chestnuts to the stir-fry if you prefer them cooked.]
