"Success is on the far side of failure." ~ T.J. Watson

We are afraid of failure.

Failure teaches us, if we are prepared to listen and learn from those mistakes.

Failure is how we learn resilience. It takes courage.

Getting back up and having another go can be hard.

Failures can eat at us. Make us miserable, resentful and angry if we do not reframe and learn.

Ego does not like failure.

It is difficult to reflect calmly and find lessons in failure.

Sometime we are so afraid of failing we refuse to try.

"I can't" becomes our mantra.

We become stuck. And perhaps feel safe.

The story isn't over. Reflect. Learn. Ask questions.

But, whatever you do get up, try again, have another go!

We only truly fail when we stop trying or refuse to attempt.

Never give up!

Find lessons in your defeat, steady yourself, consider options and alternatives.

We will not succeed while we are stuck, staring at out past failings.

Failure shows us what won't work. So, we move on and find what will.
