Hello Beauties,

So a lot has happened in just two weeks.  First up, I've been slacking off on my workout routine.  I know, I know!  I plan on starting back up tomorrow, and I may just do the ab exercises I mentioned to you in a previous post.  What got me off track?  Well, we recently moved into a new place.  The entire weekend before August 1st was filled with packing and more packing! Moving is a pain; literally.  My entire body was in pain for a few days after lots of heaving lifting.  Secondly, my break from school has ended.  I'm back online working on finishing up my Masters; reading extremely dull textbooks and completing homework assignments.  Last, I'm preparing for surgery coming up August 15th.  I decided, after my son turned 1 that I didn't want have to any more kids.  There are many things that brought me to this decision and I think I'll let my guard down and write about it soon.

I've written about my issues with depression and anxiety and those issues never really go away; instead, they lay dormant, waiting to ruin my life again.  I bring this up because, I'm also heading  back to work soon (teachers go back to work August 29th) and that along with  still being in school, relationship problems (might write about that soon as well), and more has me freaking the hell out.  I don't want summer to end because it means that I'll be a complete wreak for the next 9 months.  Ugh, pray for me.  I'll need it more than ever this year and any words of encouragement will make me feel soooo much better.
