Cooked beetroot, roasted butternut squash, fresh figs, walnuts, camembert cheese, cherry tomatoes, basil, pomegranate and balsamic reduction. You know what I'm talking about!

We had it as a side to the roasted lamb from the previous post, but it is also absolutely delicious and filling on its own. Give it a go!
