Hello everyone🙂

We want to share the recipe of these delllllliiicious sweet potato fries with you!




What you need:

1-2 sweet potatoes (approx. 1 per serve)

1 avocado

1 chili

1 lemon or lime

fresh herbs


  1. Peel your sweet potatoes and cut them in average-sized slices
  2. let them soak in water for at least 1,5-2 h! (This step might be the most important in the entire process – this sets free the starch, which then kind of wraps your potatoes -> this makes them soooo crispy afterwards
  3. Use your oven or (like we did, the Multifry – visit: DeLonghi Multifry Website  for more information on what the product does, or for orders – use the contact button)
  4. Take 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, or oil of your preference and pour it over the potatoes!
  5. Depending on which method you choose, just add a little salt and bake your potatoes for around 25-30 min.
  6. In the meantime you can easily prepare your guacamole:
    1. Peel your avocado, and use each half
    2. Put the avocado in your blender/ machine of your choice
    3. add as much chili as you like
    4. add a little lemon (maybe half a lemon)
    5. add salt, pepper, and all the spices you’d like to use – we love bell pepper spice and some fresh herbs from the garden
    6. blend until you get a smooth and creamy texture! – Ready to serve with your sweet potato fries
  7. After the cooking/ baking time just mix the potatoes with all your favorite spices!
