I just love this dish... it is a spicy liver dish from Northern Thailand..just 6 ingredients and 15 minutes or as long as it takes you to cook rice and you have a meal...ideal when you come home from work and are too tired to spend hours over a hot stove.

I eat with steamed rice( Kaow Suay) or sticky rice ( Kaow Neu)whichever is cooked...we always have rice on the go.
