When I hear the word palace, I always think of something grand. Gold would always be in the equation. Somehow, being in this palace was different. It didn’t feel grand but more of humbling. Its simple but very detailed interiors exudes that simple majesty.

There was no entrance fee so I’m not sure how they’re able to maintain this. Probably through the dances held here which does have a cost. There are restricted areas. I guess those are the ones that hold the grandiosity of this place. Definitely good for a quick stop after dropping by the Ubud Market.
