Just sitting here all alone
Wondering where you are
If you're seeing the same stars
If you're watching the same sunset
Because the light in this world
Has grown dim like batteries that are running out
Barely holding up the moon's reflection
In its thin crescent shape;
Perhaps you catch the line
Dreamworks threw in the water
Or maybe your blinds are shut
And you hide away
Like I do, each night
Just sitting here all alone
On the moon casting my line
Hoping you will bite one more time.
