THROWBACK: CAMIGUIN 2013 - THE FAMOUS SUNKEN CEMETERY ♥ Like 0 Twitter Rea Lakwatsera Follow June 28, 2016, 12:51 a.m. in Life and Styles Views: 744 Like us on facebook We would not miss visiting the sunken cemetery, we even almost took a dip there! We had a breath taking view of the sunset. Mr. Boatman had a great time taking our photos! He is really cool, he even choreographed our poses! We enjoyed our unplanned photo shoot! Another great and unforgettable experience! For your information (as usual, based on Wikipedia), during the volcanic birth of Mt. Vulcan that lasted from 1871 to about 1875, some areas in the town of Bonbon subsided, sinking the cemetery of the town to below sea level. The place is commemorated by a huge cross constructed in 1982. Since then the municipality of Bonbon transferred to now the town of Catarman. Here are some of our cool snapshots from the trip: What are you still waiting for?! Go visit Camiguin!
