The Seattle Seahawks beat the Los Angeles Rams 24-3 to start Week 15 in the NFL. Let's take a look and see how my start/sit picks did in last nights game.

Quarterback:

Jared Goff scored just 0.70 fantasy points last night. Goff threw for 135 yards and was sacked 4 times before giving way to Case Keenum. I had Goff as a SIT and I hope you did as well.

Russell Wilson threw for 229 yards and 3 touchdowns. Wilson also ran the football 6 times for 12 yards. Wilson did throw 1 interception and was sacked 2 times. Wilson scored 22.28 fantasy points last night. I had Wilson as a START and he'll be a good one this week.

Running Back:

Todd Gurley had 14 carries for 38 yards and caught 1 pass for -2 yards. It's been a rough year for fantasy owners who picked Gurley and this week was no different. I had Gurley as a SIT and with 7.85 fantasy points in last nights game that looks like the right decision.

Thomas Rawls had 21 carries, but for just 34 yards. Rawls also caught 2 passes for 5 yards. I still need Rawls to prove that he's able to help fantasy owners, but we're running out of time quickly. I had Rawls as a SIT and with 11.40 fantasy points last night I hope you did as well.

Wide Receiver:

Kenny Britt caught 4 of the 8 passes he was targeted on last night for 50 yards. Britt was a SIT for me last night and his 8 fantasy points won't be much help to anyone who used him.

Will Tavon Austin ever be the break out fantasy player people thought he'd be when he was drafted. Austin was a SIT for me last night and his 5.45 fantasy points was another disappointment. Austin caught 3 passes for 14 yards and ran the football 2 times for 13 yards.

Brian Quick was targeted 5 times catching 3 passes for 46 yards and scoring 4.65 fantasy points last  night. Quick was also a SIT for me as I couldn't get behind any Rams receiver.

Doug Baldwin caught 5 passes for 35 yards and a touchdown. Baldwin was a SIT for me last night and even though he scored Baldwin managed just 13.25 fantasy points. I hope you went a different route as well.

Jermaine Kearse was a START for me, but I was way, way off there. Kearse was targeted just 2 times and didn't have a catch. No catches means no fantasy points and a big zero isn't going to do any owner any good.

Tyler Lockett had a break out night last night and sadly I had him as a SIT. Lockett caught 7 passes for 130 yards and a touchdown. Lockett also added 64 return yards for a few extra fantasy points. Lockett ended the night with 25.78 fantasy points and would've been a good play this week.

Tight End:

I had Lance Kendricks as a START last night and he had the targets (4) to have a decent night. Kendricks managed just 1 catch for 5 yards and scored 1.25 fantasy points last night. I was hoping for a sleeper pick here, but missed.

It looked as though Jimmy Graham was back in form with this offense, but not last night. I liked Graham and had him as a START; so that's a miss for me. Graham had just 1 catch for 31 yards and scored 4.10 fantasy points.

Defense/Special Teams:

Los Angeles scored 8.42 fantasy points last night. The Rams had 2 sacks an interception to go with 98 return yards. I had the Rams as a SIT and while they put up a solid point total I think there will be better Defense/Special Teams units this week.

Seattle scored 16.56 fantasy points last night. The Seahawks had 4 sacks to go with 64 return yards and added some points by just allowing the Rams to score 3 points. I had the Seahawks as a START last night and this was a good choice.

It was a good 10-4 night for me on my picks; so I hope they helped you out. Good luck with the rest of Week 15 as I'm guessing you're in the playoffs this week. As always thanks for taking the time to read this article and I hope you get a big playoff win.
