Week 9 kicks off with the Atlanta Falcons at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Falcons are in 1st place in the NFC South at 5-3 while the Falcons are tied for 2nd in the division at 3-4. Let's take a look and see if we can find the right fantasy players to either start or sit in this game.

Matt Ryan has been one of the top fantasy players this season and at this point in time he has to be a must START for your fantasy team.

Jameis Winston looks to be improving as the season goes on. Even with a depleted receiving core Winston should be a solid START tonight.

Running Back:

It looks as though Tevin Coleman is going to miss the game with a hamstring injury; so that means Devonta Freeman is the clear #1 running back. That should bump Freeman up the fantasy board and it also makes him a START tonight.

Jacquizz Rodgers has been ruled out as well for tonight's game. That means the Buccaneers running game will fall into the hands of Peyton Barber and Antone Smith. Barber had just 1 carry last week while Smith had 4. There's just no way I can go with either of these guys in my line for Week 9; so they're both a SIT for me.

Wide Receiver:

Julio Jones is one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, but he's had a few up and down weeks. Jones had just 3 catches last week, but with where you drafted him and the potential he has Jones is pretty much a must START for everyone.

Mohamed Sanu had his best week of the season in Week 8 with 9 catches and a touchdown. Sanu has had some injury issues this season and after a down week for Jones I look for him to be big this week. That means I'm going to go with a SIT for Sanu.

Mike Evans may not be ranked as highly as Jones, but he's a top fantasy wide receiver as well. With Vincent Jackson out Evans is Winston's primary target. He should get his catches; so Evans is a START tonight.

Adam Humphries was a great sleeper as the Buccaneers 3rd receiver. Now that he's been moved up due to the Jackson injury he hasn't put up fantasy numbers. I'm staying away from Humphries tonight; so he's a SIT for me.

Tight End:

More injuries to deal with at this position as Jacob Tamme has been ruled out for Atlanta. Austin Hooper should take over as the pass catching tight end and Levine Toilolo will get his snaps as a blocker. Hooper caught 5 balls last week while Toilolo didn't have a catch and was targeted just 1 time. This is a scary position and I think I'm just going to keep both guys in the SIT category and see how it plays out.

Cameron Brate was a target for Winston early in the season, but as of late not so much. Brate has only  been targeted 11 times in the last 3 games. He did catch a touchdown pass last week, but I'm not gambling on that. I have Brate as a SIT tonight.

Defense/Special Teams:
Atlanta is ranked 25th overall in Defense; so the Buccaneers should be able to move the football tonight. I don't think the Special teams unit will score enough to even things out for the Defense. This unit is a SIT for me.

Believe it or not Tampa Bay's Defense is ranked one spot behind Atlanta's at 26th. It appears as though we're going to have an offensive game. I'm going to keep the Tampa Bay Defense/Special Teams on the bench as a SIT tonight.

There you go; I hope this helps you make some decisions or at least it will give you something to compare your ideas to. Thanks for taking the time to read this article and come back tomorrow and see how my Start/Sit picks worked out Good luck.
