Hi Scandi readers.

We all have dreams of things we want to do before we die. I thought I would share my bucket list of things I want to do before I die. Maybe you will get inspired.

1: Living abroad.

Since my early teenage years have I dreamt of moving abroad. For years, I dreamt about moving to Australia. I still have a little dream about moving in Australia as an expat. Over the past couple of years, I have realized how happy I am to live in Europe. I am a proud European (and a proud Scandinavian). I will probably never settle anywhere outside Europe permanently. Luckily are there many countries in Europe to choose from.

2: Bungee jumping.

I know this is a cliché. I can’t really explain why I want to try bungee jump. The fun thing is that I would never skydive, like never… Ever. But I would like to try bungee jump. I’m sure if I skydive then something goes wrong with the parachute.

3: Graduate University.

Do I even have to explain this wish?

4: Travel through Iceland on horseback.

As I have mentioned before I love riding. I love riding on Icelandic horses and I would love to travel to Iceland. What better way is there to travel through Iceland?

5: Swimming or standing under a waterfall.

Denmark is a flat country. There is no mountains and no waterfalls. So mountains and waterfalls are very exotic to me.

6: Travel to all the countries on my top ten countries I want to travel to.

I made a top ten list of countries I want to travel to a while ago. I want to travel to all of the countries on that list.

7: Learn more languages.

I love learning languages. Like I wrote in my “learning languages” post, learning a language is a key and when you are able to have a conversation about other things than you name and how it’s going, you have opened a door to the culture.

8: Sponsor a child.

Education is very important. I have been privilege to grown up in Denmark. My parent never had to worry about how they were going to afford my education because of the universal education system. But many children aren’t that privileged. The best way if you ask me to help the less fortunate children is by sponsoring their education.

9: Zip line.

Zip lining is also on my list. It looks fun!

10: Diving.

Again it looks amazing and fun.

This is my top ten bucket list wishes.

See you on Thursday.

Your Scandi friend.
