VEGAN CORN STICK KEBAB Like 0 Twitter Veg Food Blog Follow June 21, 2016, 6:46 p.m. in Life and Styles Views: 802 Like us on facebook Ingredients 2 cups corn kernels (boiled) 2 large potatoes (boiled and mashed) 1 Green Chilly (finely chopped) 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp Five Spice Mix A pinch of Black Pepper Powder 2 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped) 8-10 babycorns 2-3 tbsp Gram Flour (for binding) 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste (optional) Salt to taste Juice of 1 Lemon Oil for frying Method Gently grind the boiled corns in your electric blender. Remove it and put it on a plate or a utensil. Add the mashed potatoes, gram flour, salt, cumin powder, five spice mix, coriander leaves, green chillies, black pepper powder, red chilly powder and lemon juice and bind it into a smooth dough. Divide the mixture into equal portions. Cover each babycorn with this mixture to make barrel shaped kebabs. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry till crispy golden brown. Serve with sweet chilly sauce/tamarind chutney/mint chutney.
