Hello to all of you!

Maybe some of you already have seen this recipe on our instagram feed. It is such an easy recipe, and at the same time it so veeeery delicious – and leaves your guests speechless🙂

 

-RECIPE- 

Chocolate-Avocado Pudding:

  1. 1 Banana
  2. 1 Avocado
  3. 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave syrup or any other ingredient that you want to sweeten your dish with
  4. Soy/ Almond/ Coconut Milk (about 120 ml)

Combine all ingredients together, blend, mix or stir until you get a nice texture and put your mixture inside of a cup until your chia-pudding is ready

 

Chia-Pudding:

  1. 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  2. about 200 ml of milk of your choice – in our case a vegan coconut milk from @alpro
  3. 1 teaspoon of agave syrup

Combine all ingredients in a glass or bowl, and stir well! During the next minutes it is important to constantly go back to your kitchen and stir again. Otherwise you won’t get a nice, and smooth texture.

You are going to get the best result after letting your pudding rest in the refrigerator for at least 8-10 hours.

Finally, time for your dessert🙂 Now you can put the chia pudding on top of your avocado-choc pudding, or the other way around!
