Allergic rhinitis is also termed as hay fever because the condition gets aggravated during the season when certain plants pollinate. Indian Gooseberry + Turmeric + Ginger

1 Teaspoon honey and ½ teaspoon of Indian gooseberry fruit powder (amla). Mix them well and consume twice daily.

Boil 1 cup milk and add ½ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger. Then put ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder to it.

Turmeric + Black Pepper + Warm Milk

Take a glass of lukewarm milk, add one teaspoon of turmeric powder, black pepper powder. Mix them all together properly. Drink this twice daily.

Honey + Ginger + Indian Gooseberry

1 glass of fresh Indian gooseberry juice, add one teaspoon honey, 5 gm ginger juice and little water.

This remedy acts as a decongestant and boosts immunity.

Fenugreek Seeds

Due to its antiviral properties it provides relief from irritation and soothes the mucous membranes. It helps prevent sneezing.

Drink warm soup of mushroom or corn flour with added black pepper and cloves.

Ginger also works great!

Cut ginger into small pieces and chew it several times a day and also make it a point to add this to your recipe.

Take few cloves and add 1 tablespoon of ginger (grated) to it, add cinnamon to 1 cup of water.

Boil it for 5 minutes then strain. Also, add lemon juice and  a little honey to it.

This is a herbal tea drink it thrice daily during the season when allergies are more common.

Ginger is known for its has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and immune-boosting properties that help relieve rhinitis symptoms like runny nose, headache, nasal congestion, cough.

Apple Cider Vinegar+ Glass of warm water+ Honey+ Lemon Juice

Take 2 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar and add it to a glass of warm water.

Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, honey.

This remedy should be taken 3 times daily.
