The secretaries have to screen calls, it’s part of our work. Neither it is not the best way to turn up without an appointment nor sending information without a request. Secretaries must identify the reason for the call and consult if it is really interesting.

If a salesperson wants to pass the filter, the best is make easy work. He/she may be asked an email to forward and classify to take into account if it is necessary. If the answer is it isn’t necessary at the moment, please accept the answer and don’t insist.

Before calling, think about secretaries as allies, not as obstacles to overcome.
