I almost forgot to write this blog today, I have been so busy it’s been crazy! So today I did my workout like I have been doing for the past two days and today I upped my workout my going on a bike ride! I’ve got some great pictures to show you too! ❤

Here’s what I did today:

  • 5 Sit-ups
  • 20 Crunches
  • 35 Squats

And:

  • 24 Sit-ups
  • 28 Flutter kicks
  • 25 Seconds planks

And then I went on my bike ride after having 1 slice of toast and some coffee.

Here’s sme pictures from my bike ride! I hope you like them ^ Also here are the pictures of three dogs I met. The first dog is a lassie dog called Harry and the other two are called Ralph and Ruby.

I’m really hoping that I can stick to this as I’m going to try and do it everyday and my rest day will be on the 9th day. I also look forward to sharing my daily workouts and blogs with you as they’ll most likely become more frequent as you see me progress with my workouts.
