I'm loving practicing yoga. I should have started it years ago. I feel it more when I don't do it than when I do. I'm thinking about trying to do it more than three days a week. Eventually getting into practicing everyday. I think I read or heard that the muscles gain more strength on the "rest days." Is that true or did I just make that up? I'm trying to get my husband to join me. He did once for a pm session and he did acknowledge that it was a good way to unwind. Maybe by example I can get him to join me more often. ( To be fair he does have his own workout routine ).
