"For it was you who formed my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; that I know very well" Psalm 139: 13-14

Hello beautiful people,

Last Week I shared how I struggled with self-love and my journey to loving myself. I shared how this verse has been my source of inspiration for my journey.  It is a powerful verse ladies, and especially one that we need to read more often. A reminder of our beauty and value. I am going to put it in a fashion contest (because that is the easiest way I can explain it). OK, so a simple dress from Gucci cost over a thousand dollars (I mean a real not counterfeit). I could make the same exact dress use the same exact material use same techniques with the same quality but would YOU or anyone buy the dress for hundreds dollar? Well, no. And that is not because my dress is ugly or is lower quality but because of the designer. Do you understand where I am going with this? If a simple fabric created by humans can cost thousands of dollars because of the person who made it, can you imagine how much YOU, created and made by the almighty father, are worth? YOU ARE PRICELESS. You are a masterpiece. You were wonderfully, fearfully, purposefully, and beautifully made lady and don’t you forget That. Praise God for the beauty he created in you. Pray that God protects and guards that beauty.

The first look I wore for church. I went with a simple look adding a Maasai necklace and clutch.

For the second  look I went for a professional look. I love blazers. I like the feeling of a well put together business woman I get when I wear one. I get the feeling that I can accomplish anything. I especially like this blazer. It accentuates both my waist and hips areas to  highlight my figure. This look is perfect for work.

For the third  look I went for a bit of layering with the collared beige shirt. The shirt is made with light fabric to avoid burning under to warm weather. There is also the option of adding a thin belt to accentuate your waist.

Thank you for stopping by beautiful people. Don't forget you can find more of pictures of this dress and my other designs at Ms. Tico Blog, on Instagram @ms.tico and Facebook @ Ms. Tico.
