Think. Am I doing the right things right now? Am I giving in too much to what others tell me and what they think I am suppose to be doing? Is it worth the pretend? Not necessarily pretending but sometimes we are too afraid to show ourselves to everyone or anyone. We are scared that maybe they will judge, afraid they will comment ineptly on how you speak or how you smile. THE WORD OF ADVICE: Be yourself But in truth the whole sentence is "Be yourself but not like that" This is exactly what the society advises of us. LITERALLY. No one is alone on this one. Advices are good, but sometimes there are people who enforce us to become something we do not want to be. Uncomfortably we agree too, this is not a good step to let yourself be you Game Change If you can survive a day without being too conscious about someone else's words or looks towards you, then you can survive your whole life concerning about more important things than those ones. Challenge yourself 1. To smile more 2. Drink more H2O 3. Tell you love yourself 4. Breathe and exhale deeply 5. Wear whatever you like and don't let anyone stop you 6. Eat more fruits and veggies - avoid the junkies but maybe once in a while is fine 7. Spend some more time in the nature Lastly Do the things that makes you happy YOU GOT THIS :) I BELIEVE IN YOU SHOW YOUR OWN BEAUTY AND IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT YOUR PRONOUN IS THERE IS A WHOLE LOT OF JOURNEY AHEAD OF YOU SO DO NOT EVER STOP, BE LIKE THE RIVER THAT FLOWS BEAUTIFULLY Published by Coeli Myx Share Mail Messenger Twitter Pinterest Linkedin Comments Related Article Life and Styles DEAR WOMEN Life and Styles Escape from the BS Life and Styles It Is Still August Right?
