Hey Guys!!

Hope y'all are having a fantabulous day! I promised y'all that I would definitely do a Travel Special to my trip to Toronto, Canada so here it is... lets just get started because there is ever so much to cover. This will an informative travel guide to Toronto, Canada.

Ok so not going to lie, when my parents first said that we are going to Canada this summer I was a little bummed because I thought that there is nothing to do in Toronto. I told them I would rather go to Florida than Canada. But boy did they prove me wrong.

The moment I stepped off the plane, I thought I was in New York! It honestly reminded me of a concrete jungle. This city was busy and bustling and I loved it!!! In this post I will be sharing some of the coolest places I went in (Toronto) Canada. These are places you must go!

1st. Niagara Falls

Now this is not in Toronto, it is about an hour and a half drive, but let me tell you it is worth it! The waterfall is miraculous, breathtaking, and quite frankly it is calming. There are two boat rides that you can go on- depending which territory you are on, USA or Canada. If you get a red rain jacket, that means you are on the Canadian side, and blue rain jacket for the USA. Not to mention, there is a fun little town around Niagara Falls(Canadian Side). It is almost like Disney Land on crack. There are so many rides, restaurants, and fun things to do but let me tell you it is not as clean and prestigious as Disney Land or Disney World. Nevertheless, it is soo incredibly fun- family fun.

2nd . Scarborough

Scarborough is actually one of the hidden gems of Toronto. The beautiful scenery and weather make it a great place for afternoon strolls or superior photo ops. As a matter of fact, I though we were in California. The actual beach was not the best but there are other things one can do. For instance, have a picnic, take a hike, or have an impromptu photo-shoot;). These pictures of Scarborough can speak for themselves, check them out below.

I hope y’all found this travel guide helpful and intriguing. It is important to have an open mind- especially when traveling. I did not have an open mind in the beginning but I will definetly strive to on future trips because you do not know what is in store. It is always a fulfilling experience when you can travel. I always say….. ‘to travel is to live’. So live it up!

I'm actually a Scarberian lol. It's what we used to call ourselves back in the 70's and 80's if that's where you lived. It's very true that there's lots to do here and it's exploded in to an even more diverse cultural melting pot so you can eat at four corners of the world within a stone's throw of each other almost! Toronto has many hidden gems as does Scarborough and places that tourist pamphlets and tour guides either don't know or don't tell you about! Thanks for the shout out! : )
