As I sit here typing up this blog post it’s;
8.20 P.M. (U.K. Time), On Saturday November 19th 2016.
I got out of bed at 11.45 a.m. And I got dressed for the day…. Less then 4 hours later and I was back in the pajamas’ with the curtains closed and I sat watching ‘Pretty Little Liars’ (season 3) and I had once again shut off the world.
My younger sister was at work today like she is most days and she got home around 6 P.M. … she’s been awake since 9A.M. she was out the door to catch her bus at 10.25. She then went on to do a 5 hour shift.
She did more today then I have done most of this week, I mean I went shopping twice; Monday (14th November), and Friday (17th November), Neither of them ended perfectly and I think I've realized why.
I’m Letting My Anxiety Control EVERYTHING !!!
Thing is I’m letting it… so I’m also to blame.
I’m stuck in this rut and I can’t seem to get out of it right now…
This is where you guys come in, I wan to know want you guys do when you’re in this kind of ‘Rut’ and what can I do to get out of it.
I know that It’s weird asking complete strangers for help, but I am and I hope some of you guys will come forward and help me.
In the meantime I will be trying my best to help myself and I will keep you updated.
