The Finest Steak in Town
This isn’t a scene Where’s Wally? – Although it may take a while to find Steak House by A&B Co., this hidden gem is definitely worth the search.
The Finest Steak in Town Paniqui, Tarlac – Finally! I know where to find the best steak in Paniqui, Tarlac. Thanks to the Manalo Family, the town now has a caliber steak house that offer hotel-quality steak meals through Steak House by A&B Co.
Spacey and Private. The place is a breath of fresh of air from the crowded eateries in town. It is open from 10am to 10pm.
The location is on the second floor, above Cebuana Lhullier, beside BPI Bank along M.H. del Pilar Pilar street or what I’d like to call the ‘Bank Street’. But it is not easy to find during the day, which explains why not many people know about it. Plus, the fact that it is only a month old from May 2016.
Safiah’s Prime Rib Steak is one of the house’s bestseller and one of the most affordable at Php 179. It has almost the same sauce as the T-Bone’s but without milk on the sauce.
I know I mentioned Steak House by A&B Co. serves hotel-quality steak, the reason was revealed to us after we had a chit-chat with the very hands-on owner, who was a cook in Dubai for seven years and decided to literally bring home the bacon. Or in his case, the steak recipe home.
Vegetable Salad includes grapes, boiled egg, lettuce, carrot, etc. I can’t complain about the dressing because after all, it is only Php 55.
Aside from steak meals, Steak House by A&B Co. also offers salads (like the one pictured above), pasta meals (Carbonara at Php 85), silog meals (with iced tea at Php 65) and sandwiches (a clubhouse for Php 85) and desserts (see below).
This heavenly leche flan can be availed at Php 45. Although it is not the regular sized leche flan we see everywhere, at first bite, you know theirs is quite special .
Although I cant really say it is the best halo-halo in town, their version of the classic Filipino dessert is sulit at Php 65.
I don’t want to sound like a broken record, but let’s all support this new locally-owned eatery not just because we always love a good balikbayan story but also because this is the real deal.
