They say age is just a number, but you can admit that there are some people who look younger even when they are 40 and some who have wrinkles and white hair even before 30. And all of these is because the later ones didn’t really focus on avoiding the bad habits that make people look older.

Drink plenty of water

Water is the most important for having a glowing skin. If you are not drinking enough water every day, you’ll get dehydrated and this will make your skin look dull, dry and loose. Also, drinking green tea can clean your body from toxins and thus make your skin look more youthful.

Avoid sugar

Yes, cakes, cookies, candies and all types of sweet can make you feel better, but they are many reasons why you should avoid them. They are bad for your teeth, and you can gain weight real quick if you eat them in big amount. And of course, they will make you look older which is something you don’t want to happen.

Avoid smoking and drinking

Just like sugar, smoking and drinking is really bad for your health and skin. Both of these bad habits will make you look older and can cause various diseases. So, if you own these habits, now is the time to say goodbye to them.

Get enough sleep

Sleep is very important for keeping that youthful look forever. The skin rejuvenates itself mostly when we are sleeping. So, make sure to have eight hours of quality sleep every night if possible.

Exercise regularly

A regular exercise will not only make you look good but also feel good in your own skin. When exercising the circulation of oxygen is increased and toxins are released through sweat. This results with a clearer and smoother skin.

Always use natural skin products

Even if you follow all of the above tips, your skin can not have that youthful glow if you use products that are bad for your skin. So, make sure to use natural skin products with no harsh chemicals.
