My name is Leela Hammond and I am a fellow blogger here on My Trending Stories. I have not posted an article yet because I was looking for the right time. It turns out that right time is during my PSY 454 Biofeedback, Somatics and Stress Management Class. I am a TA for the teacher so I am able to take some time for myself and get organized while students ask me questions about the upcoming group project...
Well, without further ado... I shall introduce myself properly...
Personal: My name is Indian and my last name is from my Southern Black American side. My soul is wandering but my home is where the heart is (New Jersey).
Favourites: I like the colour coral most and my room in my house (off campus) is quite orange and purple. I like candles but only recently.
Tastebuds: I dislike sour foods and I'm "allergic" to A LOT OF FOOD. I was a picky eater growing up and now I am just picky about who my friends are.
Education: Currently at a 4 year university studying psychology and minoring in statistics and/or philosophy.
What I Like to Write About: I LOVE POETRY. I am a poet who is technically published in high school and college magazines. Poetry is my voice, it makes me feel whole.
What You Can Expect From Me: Essays about college. Essays about college with marginalized aggression conversations and in depth looks into society and my everyday reaction with it. As you can tell from me being bi-racial, I DO believe micro-aggressions are real and that feminism is important (I am in no way an SJW though...).
