Coast to Coast

I hope you're all doing well and having a lovely time. For today's post I have a review on a restaurant that I recently went to.  I know this is not my typical beauty related post but I wanted to do something a little different.

Coast to Coast is an American themed restaurant and let me tell you, that I LOVED it there! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a lovely meal out. I went with my boyfriend but it is suitable for families, friends etc. It is a little more on the pricey side but the quality of the food is worth it. Main courses typically range between £10-20 and I believe the deserts were £5.95 each. For starters I couldn't tell you because I didn't look at them haha!

The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and you definitely get that American feel. The staff were all pleasant and happy to help. Service was very efficient and the food was delicious.

For my main I had Mac 'n' Jack with ham hock (I actually didn't know what ham hock was haha and had to google it!) and my boyfriend had the 6oz sirloin steak. We both thoroughly enjoyed our courses and they were well cooked and tasted amazing. Some of the best quality food I have had whilst eating out in restaurants. Again service was amazing and the food didn't take long to arrive.

Since we had skipped starters we decided to have desert instead. They all looked and sounded so good that it was hard to pick between! However, in the end I chose the Strawberries and cream pancake stack and my boyfriend ordered the New York cheesecake.  Again the deserts with the same quality as the mains and tasted delicious. They were very filling too. When I left I was full and personally I definitely couldn't have managed 3 courses! 

Another I would definitely recommend trying if you get the chance to visit are their milkshakes. They are absolutely insane. They sound quite pricey at £4.95 but they are definitely worth it. They are absolutely huge and they are a nice blend of  cream, milk and ice cream, topped with whipped cream. I chose the chocolate and hazelnut flavour and was in love. It was like heaven! I thoroughly enjoyed the drink and would definitely have next time I go.

Overall, I was very impressed with Coast to Coast. Although it is definitely more expensive than some restaurants you really do get what you pay for. The service, staff and food was lovely and it was pleasure to eat there. I definitely would recommend this restaurant to any one who was looking at going for dinner. I plan to go back here and try something different of the menus because there was such a wide variety of choice and there was so much that sounded good that I wanted to try haha. I really don't have anything bad to say about the place and was very satisfied after eating there.
