Some of you, who remember my last post about how to get over feeling stuck, maybe know, how hard it was for me to stay motivated, let alone do something or create something when I was graduating. These few weeks were really exhausted, but they also gave me something useful.

In that time, I really needed something (or someone) that could help me get out of that suck situation. Except those 'tools' I recommended to you in my last post, I also found out that books are good options too. Especially, when you are 20 and completely lost.

I don't know if it is just a matter of age, but in our twenties, we try to find our voice, discover our possibilities and show ourselves as a strong individual. Which sometimes leads to depression and doubting our exceptionality. But what if I told you that there is a book which can help you to appreciate your awesomeness and find your big badass spirit?

This book became literally my little Bible. And I want to show you why is that so and why you should get yourself this one too .Because you will DEFINITELY find out:

To love your life you must first love yourself

Maybe it sounds familiar to you and I bet you heard this a million times. But (un)fortunately, it is true. How can you see the good in other people, when you can't see the good in yourself? This is what Jen explains as the first thing in her book. And don't worry she will help you with that.

When we're happy and all in love with ourselves,

we can't be bothered with the bullsh*t (our own or other people's)

P is for the present

This chapter really helped me, I mean REALLY helped me. You know, Jen says: 'We would be wise to take more of our cues from the beasts and babies.' Babies and animals live in the present, that simple it is. And as we grow and become 'wiser' we don't life in the present. We think about our future and there is also a lot of 'what-if' thoughts. So, appreciate the present and let the future be unknown. This book will teach you how to do that.

Remember to never give up

Ok, so make one thing clear here: we all have this 'giving-up' moments when we want to tear everything to pieces and just sit and do nothing, but you just CAN'T do that. With You're a badass you will learn why it is important to not give up and lift up your ass and make your best. Because Jen says: 'If you're serious about changing your life, you'll find a way. If you're not, you'll find and excuse.'

And last but not least: Love Yourself

And life becomes a party. - Jan Sincero

If you're serious about changing your life, you'll find a way. If you're not, you'll find and excuse.

If you want to rediscover your badass self (we all have it inside), then let this book help you on this self - finding way. Because we are all badasses.

Have you read this book? Let me know what do you think about it or feel free to share with me your other favourite motivational book.
