I've been inactive recently. My bad. However, from now on I'm going to be talking the opportunity to write about more controversial topics and also subjects that matter a great deal to me. So, be prepared for a lot of ranting. I apologise in advance.
This is just a quick post. I'm literally writing this while sitting on the train going to work. It's not going to be an interesting or well written piece, sorry guys.
Sexuality. We all have one whether we label it or not. Personally, I don't like to label it, a great girl once told me 'you like what you like' (yas, Ellie!)
Unfortunately, people these days need labels to understand something. The ignorance of people is so bad that even once you've labelled it they still have no freaking clue! They just start making assumptions. For example, if you identify as anything but straight - you must fancy everyone, especially the people who identify the same as you.
Could this BE more wrong? (Chandler Bing reference, bazinga)
I for one am not attracted to every single person I meet. I'm definitely not attracted to every single girl who likes girls.
I'm also never going to change. I'm not going to decide what gender I like. I don't have to choose. I'll fall in love with whoever I fall in love with.
This shouldn't be a topic that needs to be spoken about all the time. It should be a big deal. It's not going to change any time soon, this generation is not capable of changing to that extent.
No more labels. I'm a girl, who likes girls and sometimes, very rarely but sometimes, likes boys.
