The Kingston Public Market is Ontario's oldest market and can be found in downtown Kingston on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from April to November.

I discovered this market a few weeks ago and am definitely planning to go back again! Offerings primarily consist of local produce, but there are also baked goods, garden plants, fresh cut flowers (my favourite; pictured above), and handmade jewellery pieces.

A new addition to the market: from July - August, there will be a local food chef cooking demo every Saturday. Find out more about it here.

What are your plans for this week?
