No matter what the job is, a person needs to have a sufficient amount of knowledge and training on the subject. There are various training programs available that equip the candidates with all the necessary skills they need to have an excelling career in a particular field. But this training is not readily available to people with disabilities. Most of the vocational training centers don’t accept people with disabilities because they don’t have the resources or the faculty that can cater to the needs of people with disabilities.
Even though disabled people constitute a significant percentage of the population in India, the job opportunities for them still remain remarkably low. They face many challenges in finding the appropriate training and employment opportunities.
Government and non-profit organizations have developed various programs for people with disabilities. These programs are specially designed to cater to the needs of people with disabilities.

By providing students with guidance and helping them meet their needs, TMF aims at making differently-abled students become a part of mainstream education. The program also counsels and educates the families of these students and sensitizes them on different issues.
