As it’s a Sunday…Let me tell you what things my Sundays are all about…Generally, my Sundays consist of spas at home and beauty sleep for myself and diys or review for you all with music on in the background. As your skin needs food in the same way your hair needs it too. With increasing pollution and torture of hair colors and styling on our hair on daily basis.It becomes mandatory to show some extra care to our hair. Hair masks increases the quality of the hair and return back its original shine and strength.Today I am going to share one of the hair mask DIY which you can make easily.


  1. Honey
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Aloe Vera
  4. Fenugreek Seeds Powder
  5. Milk


Fenugreek seeds are rich source of proteins and vitamins. It contains lecithin that helps in regrowth of hair and it does conditioning.It has hormone antecedents that reverse baldness. It contains fiber, iron, potassium, lysine, L-tryptophan and alkaloids. Due to the presence of a compound known as diosgenin, methi contains properties similar to oestrogen. It also contains steroidal saponins. Due to the presence of these constituents, fenugreek seeds are an answer to several hair problems that we may face. 

Olive Oil removes the build up of serum that impedes the formulation of new hair follicles and hinders hair growth.

Aloe Vera helps to keep your hair hydrated, It locks moisture in your hair. It keeps your hair detangled. It gives them a bouncy look with natural hair curls.

Honey acts as a natural softener for your beautiful hair. Honey can improve the overall health of the hair follicles. Since honey is a humectant, it locks moisture inside your hair scalp. Honey . It imparts them shine and lustre to your hair and turn give them life.

Milk makes your hair strong and shiny because of the protein present in it named glutamine.


Mix one spoon of fenugreek powder in four spoons of water and leave it overnight. Now add one spoon each of olive oil, honey, aloe vera and milk.  


Leave the mask on hair for 2-3 hours. And then wash your hair with chemical free shampoo or soap. I prefer Bon Organics Herbal Shampoo or Aroma Essentials Onion Shampoo bar.
This hair mask can be used once in a week for complete nourishment of your hair and scalp. Do let me know if you have any queries.
