What is Panchakarma?
Panchakarma is the process of bringing balance to our body and mind. Panchakarma includes external cleansing therapies and internal detoxification medicines that will help you heal.
In Sanskrit, "Pancha" means five, "karma" means actions or processes. This therapy is often used to treat various diseases. Panchakarma is a 5-step process of detoxification used in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India.
