I love creating recipes from natural and healthy ingredients (even if they are a bit weird!), and am a firm believer that what you eat and how active you are can make a huge difference to your mental health. Most of my recipes come from kitchen experiments or instagram inspiration, adapting recipes to whatever I have in the cupboard or can get from the local supermarket on a student budget ( as much as I wish I could afford to buy all my food from wholefood shops, its never gonna happen with only a student loan to live off). My blog is mainly about food, but being a vet student there may be some cute animal photos ocassionally!
