Have you ever taken time to consider the planets in our Solar System. They have achieved a perfect balance between gravity and centrifugal force. The continuously circle the sun and their moons orbit around them. Certain people would like us to believe that they have been doing this for billions of years and this balance was achieved through random chance, an accident.
In the first verses of the Bible we are told that God created everything and put it in its special place. Psalms 8:3 says, “When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained.” (KJV) In Hebrew the word for ‘ordained’ means erected or set in place.
The balance of our Solar System is too intricate to have happened by accident. God created all the planets and then carefully placed them and their moons in the perfect position so they would continue their journey in space without collapsing. The seemingly infinite number of stars in the night sky were also created and placed by Him.
Next time there is a clear night, take some time to go out and quietly stare at His creation as it appears to hang in the sky. It is certainly an awe inspiring sight.
