Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia in Canada, Reena is a certified yoga teacher and a level 4 Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. She trained with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre for yoga and with Lotus Palm for Thai yoga massage. She is registered with the Canadian Yoga Alliance.
Reena also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Mount Saint Vincent University and a coaching and mentoring diploma from the Institute of Counseling in Glasgow, Scotland.
