Too lazy to wear OOTD? No problem!
Last Summer, I was not in a mood to wear Instagram-worthy-outfit-of-the-day because of the climate here in Cebu, Philippines. We were able to experience El Niño – an irregularly occurring and complex series of climatic changes affecting the equatorial Pacific region and beyond every few years, characterized by the appearance of unusually warm and nutrient-poor water off (that’s according to Google) – here in our new hometown. Because of that extreme heat, I have chosen cotton tee-shirt, a not so fitted tattered pants, and comfy white sneakers plus a red cap. I also brought a gray and checkered blazer for sun protection and just for an accent. I called this outfit as Rugged.
According to Webster dictionary, Rugged (adj.) means
: having a rough, uneven surface of a man’s face
: having rough but attractive features : strong and determined.
So, if you’re lazy for OOTD, wear it! If you want to portray anything, like being rough yet attractive – wear it! Or if you want to try to feel like a man, wear it! You’ve gotta try of thinking and living outside the box! Just mix and match!
