This action-packed series stars some of hottest actors like Chris Pratt, Bradley Cooper, Zoe Saldana, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, and Kurt Russell.

Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 is being aired since 2017 and even if it doesn’t have the benefitting element of surprise like the first Marvel film by James Gunn, still the overwhelming success pushed the director to make a sequel and rightly so. Although the action part is a little less, you can enjoy having a deep understanding of the characters’ psyches, interpersonal dynamics, and hang-ups. The usual drill is there, the protagonists hired by a mighty alien force in order to protect and safeguard those valuable batteries from the intruders. It’s a great movie to chill out and relax.

2.    Mudbound

This captivatingly interesting movie stars Carey Mulligan, Garrett Hedlund, Mary J. Blige, Jason Mitchell, and Rob Morgan. Dee Rees is the director of this southern epic movie. It is an ecstatic and sprawling piece that revolves around the lives of a white and a black family, in the setting of 1940s. Mudbound brilliantly scrutinizes the hardscrabble and tough life of this white family (owners of the land) and a black family that is bound to work on the land. The plot further manifests the kinships and conflicts that are brought forth by the various members.

Apart from the outstanding performances and masterful craftsmanship, this movie provides the audience a chance to meditate the hardground issues of race, power, and color that literally transcends every place and time. In this rural setting of Mississippi, the film reflects the painful and much relevant power dynamics and inequality that are always there in a society that has people of different races. It is not one of those Netflix movies that provide you relaxation but definitely a must-watch masterpiece.

    3.    Zodiac

Based on the true narrations of the most notorious serial killer in the United States of America, Zodiac stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Chloe Sevigny, Mark Ruffalo, Robert Downey Jr., and Anthony Edwards. Zodiac is undoubtedly an amazingly crafted movie that will keep you glued to your screen. And this master filmmaker has cast some incredible stars in this high-rated series.

The talented Jake Gyllenhaal presents a phenomenal ensemble of both a cartoonist at a magazine called ‘San Francisco Chronicle’ and someone who is obsessed with this serial killer and is determined to find him out, and he is ready to risk everything else in his life for this. The performances of almost all the characters are terrific and the movie is highly recommended if you want to enjoy a darkly funny, captivating and an amazingly conceived movie!

Starring Will Ferrell, Sacha Baron Cohen, John C. Reilly, and Gary Cole, this comedy movie will make you have some of the best laughs that you really need after a long tiring day. It’s just like endless tickling and you can’t get over the jokes.

Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby presents perhaps the biggest fooling of the recent times of the general audiences. Superficially, this movie is a silly, trivial comedy with a goofy character of a racing car driver, but if you deeply analyze, this movie is an intense sarcasm on the ‘Southern pride’ and cooperate culture. The movie is a mix of intense and effective sarcasm and humor and is definitely a must-watch.

Starring the famous singer Justin Timberlake, Netflix’s concert documentary is an overwhelmingly exciting and an interesting watch, that is guaranteed to give you your due dose of entertainment.

Justin Timberlake + the Tennessee Kids is an ultimate blast from the very beginning to the end. Jonathan Demme, the master filmmaker, depicts the two final performances of 20/20 Experience tour by Justin. There is not a pinch of doubt in the fact that Timberlake is a legit entertainer and we give him all the due credit for it.
