Want to spoil your skin with an Organic Cleansing?
Many people just wash their face with tap water, not knowing or thinking of all the harmful chemicals the water contains, like:
Fluorine compounds, chlorine and salts of:
- and mercury.
And that is in addition to pesticides, hormones, nitrates and other chemicals.
That's really scary and I feel that tap water is absolutely not good for consumption nor skin care. That's why I want to introduce to you an Organic Facial Cleanser you can easily create yourself at home.
Of course, I only use organic items. So, this is easy to make and not expensive at all. Here is the recipe:
1/4 cup of purified, distilled or spring water. Pour in 3 tablespoons of Organic Rose Water, which is available at Whole Foods or in many online shops, starting at around five dollars. Squeeze a small fresh organic lemon. Sieve the juice if you don't like the residues or pulp in it. Stir the solution with a wooden stick or straw. Ready!
Apply the mixture with a cotton pad and wipe your face clean. You can feel the difference immediately: The skin feels clean, fresh and looks glowing. After doing that for a couple of weeks, the skin will look much healthier and younger.
I like this recipe because it is very easy to create and it is affordable. I will never ever buy a non-organic facial cleanser again, with all the chemicals in it.
There is more to come. From time to time I will publish easy recipes for healthy skin care.
