You might have a question, how sledding is a fitness activity? And the answer is, You need to experience it by yourself. To get down to the hill, the first thing that you need to do is to go up on the hill. And here is where fitness comes in. You need to hike up and trust us, it’s worth it. Along with cardiovascular workout, sledding also targets your core as you have to steer down the hill.

Snow-Tubing (Burn 150 calories)

If you don’t know about snow tubing then it is just similar to sledding. You just need to have to get up the hill. But it is a bit easier as compared to sledding. Because tubing hills have lifts that will pull you back up. But if you want to do some exercise then skip using the lift and get a powerful workout instead. You can also increase the level of difficulty by carrying your kids up the hill.
