Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm Review:

I want to own all seven shades of Pixi’s Shea Butter Lip Balm glamour babes, and so might you by the end of this review. I’m completely hooked.
I know these lip balm’s came out quite some time ago, but an oldie yet goodie such as this one deserves recognition. If you love the Fresh Sugar Lip Treatments ($24) then you’ll come to appreciate Pixi’s, which you can get at Target for $8. That’s a $16 savings right there! Oh, and they have an untinted version too, just like Fresh if you need an overnight treatment while you sleep, wink. I’ll be picking that gem up real soon, possibly even tonight. I still have plenty of Christmas shopping to do. The two of these are pretty similar if you ask me. They provide the same beneficial ingredients such as Shea Butter, Castor Seed Oil, and Vitamin E to nourish, soothe, and protect lips. Both also carry a lovely sweet sugary scent that you have to refrain yourself from eating because it smells so darn good. The one minor difference, Fresh has an SPF, Pixi does not. This is still an amazing dupe to consider if your lips need a little deep conditioning and colorful tint during the winter months.

Ripe Raspberry is a beautiful vibrant reddish fuchsia that makes the complexion come alive. Something I totally needed.Although richly emollient with Shea butter and vitamin E. The formulation is surprisingly lightweight, has a creamy, silky texture that glides on smoothly, wears comfortably, produces beautiful pigmentation like a lipstick, and adds a balmy satiny finish.

The cold weather has literally sucked all of the moisture out of my lips, leaving them horribly dry, cracked, and irritated. Pixi’s Shea Butter Lip Balm seriously saved the day, I take it everywhere I go. Not that I need to. The color lasts for hours as does the intense hydration. I love, love, love. I don’t know what I’d do without it right now. My lips have been brought back to life. They are soft, smooth, supple, and no longer have that dry, tight uncomfortable feeling.

I can’t wait to play with my liquid lipsticks again! I bet they miss me, I sure miss them, its been awhile.

Have you fallen in love with Pixi’s Shea Butter Lip Balm? I knew you would. It was all a matter of time, and proper convincing lol.

Stay beautiful, xo.
