An animal study of transdermal CBD lessened the pain and inflammation caused by arthritis. 

Oral CBD has shown to be effective and helpful with sleep. Research shows that 160 mg of CBD before bed tremendously improved sleep duration as compared to a placebo in patients who have insomnia. A smaller dose of CBD did not give the same result. Also, the patients didn’t record any drowsiness the next morning. In case of sleep issues associated with anxiety in animals, consumption of CBD increased total sleep and improved their overall sleep quality.
