Obviously, schools are aware that the level of their effectiveness is measured by the level of student performance. Currently, a teacher's evaluation system is inconsistent and cannot keep pace with the ever-changing learning demands. The difference in studying has a great impact on student's success in schools and they are greatly affected by the school management system. Today, the orientation of modern educational management is diverse and currently employed models lack harmonized.
