Did a lot of brainstorming for chapter 17. I have a lot of ideas in my head. I don't want to forget them. So I guess Imma just talk about it here without spoiling it...
The title of chapter 17 is "Satisfaction never did come easy." I wanted to go into flashbacks when John was a teenager (around 17 years old). When he was close friends with his now-wife Rachel. It was clear that they liked each other, but John always had pressure because he was a nobleman and she was just a kitchen maid. He met this high-born woman who was interested in him.
This scene is supposed to help Leon when it comes to relationships and stuff. I always had the running joke that the people of Dortchtown can never be satisfied. (Hamilton reference).
