Hey pixels!!  I’m sorry I haven’t posted in a few days… I have a lot of work now, so for a while I’m not going to be able to post more than twice a week…. Noooooooo!!! I’m going to miss you… so sad…😦

Here is my first post this week. There will be, if I can, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

It’s yummy and full of chocolate and Nutella… Perfect for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients (makes 9-10 units):

  • 315g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 150g butter
  • 165g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 170ml milk
  • tablespoons Nutella
  • optional: 100g dark or white chocolate chips



Preheat oven at 200ºC

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and, if you’re using, chocolate chips. Set aside.

In a second bowl, beat eggs and milk; set aside.

In a saucepan, heat sugar and butter. Remove from heat when both are well mixed. Add the mix of eggs and milk to the saucepan.

Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix well.

Fill 1/4 mini muffin molds, add 1/2 tablespoon Nutella. Keep filling until 3/4 of every mold. Bake for 15-20′.
