You're not tired, You're uninspired

You're not tired, You're uninspired

Inspiration is something that makes someone want to do something or that gives someone an idea about what to do or create: a force or influence that inspires someone (Merriam Webster)

Have you ever come across this statement 'why work a 9-5, go home and not work on yourself, you're not tired, you're uninspired'. Well I have multiple of times. I've lived up to this statement in the past but now i've gotten to the point of putting in that overtime for myself. In order to not let my passions become so clouded or drowned out with the noise of a freudian workforce. This can either be with fitness, career, or life goals etc, you have to enjoy what you're doing here on earth. You have to be able to look back and say I don't regret anything.

1. Make up your mind - Have a goal and stick to it, put your energy into making it happen

2. Dream Wall - This is more than just a board, my mentor is doing this and I love it! Put all your aspirations onto a wall, look at it, meditate on it literally and go out and fulfil it!

3. Make a list - Once you see things written down, you will automatically focus your full attention on it and you will always remember what you wrote down. Don't believe me, try it!

4. Protect your dreams - So much of us are loosing ourselves in the world and destroying what makes us who we are!

I'm going to bring forward the word affirmation once again, affirmation is stated to be the practice of positive thinking and self- empowerment, fostering a belief that “positive mental attitude supported by affirmations will achieve success in anything”. Especially with the law of attraction, this ensures you that your thoughts and your actions can change situations in your life, you can either attract the negative or the positive.
