Panchakarma is a Sanskrit term which means "five actions." These five actions are purification of wind (Vāyu), bile (Pitta), phlegm (Kapha), ama (internal toxins) and physical exercises.

The goal is to eliminate toxins from the body, rejuvenate it with healthy nutrients, improve immunity and promote good health.

Traditional Panchakarma treatments are becoming popular for people who are looking for a natural way of losing weight, improving their sleep quality or recover from an injury.

The benefits of Panchakarma treatments vary from person to person. But it can be broadly classified into two types - physical and mental benefits. The physical benefits include: release of toxins from the body; better digestion; improved immune system; increased energy levels; etc. On the other hand, Mental benefits include: improved mood; reduced anxiety; better sleep; etc
