Nautical can be tricky if you want to dress it up without looking like you're on a cruise to the South Pacific.
This ensemble can go from Day to a dinner date. The flowing top adds a relaxed air and the flats are comfortable if you are often on your feet. The jacket adds some formality and warmth for night. The wide pants balance out the top.
